“We were anxious to obtain a reliable and accurate non-contact thermometer. There were two manufactured by Fluke but the one with a slightly higher specification was not available until mid-May. I'm afraid we dithered around as we really wanted the higher spec machine but Antony was extremely patient. We went for the stock item and it was DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING DAY!! This is amazing service and the Fluke meter is really well made, accurate and does serve our purpose well. Very grateful to all concerned at these difficult times.”
