“Ordering was easy. Got a phone call shortly after advising they had unfortunately just sold the last one and where out of stock, advised when it when it would be in stock again and revised delivery date also offered alternatives or refund - basically could not have done more to address the situation. Stuck with it and it was delivered on the revised date (only a few days later). Was a little puzzled to find the packaging unsealed”

“ive used Edwards for many years, whether it would to do refurbs to my restaurant or adhoc maintenance...the team have always been super helpful to my needs. i recently used there click and collect service during lockdown and although i only needed a couple of starter plugs.it was easy and prompt to pick up. wishing all the best for the future Jason”
