Delivery as promised, however due to poor packaging, one plastic connection box arrived smashed in the package. Suggest such items are better protected for future orders. Do

The MK plugs that I ordered (***) appeared to differ only in colour (orange and white). In fact they were of quite different construction, the whilte plugs having much inferior cable anchors, little better in fact than those in Duraplug PF133BLK and products from other manufacturers which are available more cheaply.

Delivery was great and the products also perfect. The only issue I have is the website is terrible to make a big order on. Each item you want to add to you cart you get taken to the cart and you can’t get back to where you where without going through the home page. Website is also very slow. My advise have a look at your competitors website TLC their system works very well.

One of the items was broken - which was dismaying. Packing securely needs attention. I have returned to exchange all and to replace the broken one - I have yet to receive and so am unable to comment further.

DPD ARE USELESS, we have DPD deliveries everyday to *** factory yet the delivery driver has been unable to deliver my parcel . I received a text saying that there was no one in, WRONG, when I called DPD and eventually got through to a person after 20mins of listening to a repeating menu option, they told me he was unable to find the address. ***. USELESS!

one piece of order was sent in the wrong size so had to go and buy another from a local supplier very disappointed as item cost nearly £*** couldn't be bothered to contact you for a replacement as needed it now and not in 3-4 days time plus the cost of sending it back and then having the argy bargy of getting the costs back so as is of no use to me i suppose i will have to scrap it i so hate wasting money

The ordering process was quick and easy and delivery was very quick. My only reservation was that I had an incorrect part sent in my order, I sent an email and somebody tried to ring me once but I was obviously in a meeting or at lunch so I was sent an email saying will you ring me about this rather than ringing me later or sending a resolution via email. I feel the *** was then back on me to sort it out. Other than that I was very happy with the service.

Goods dispatched very promptly, but wrongly addressed on package so delivered to wrong address. Owner of house was in, but package left on his doorstep and not signed for, despite claim on courier's website.

I was looking for a replacement CCTV recorder and knew the ESP model I was interested in and found a complete kit on Edwardes site. Very good price but not surprised as it was the last one. I ordered and got a phone call which I missed due to my phone being faulty. I rang the next day and they told me the item I ordered was not as listed and only the recorder. I still had it because I never had time to look around for another one. Not over pleased as it was not a particularly good price and never got an apology for the hassle.

The order information was clear and delivery prompt. The only thing really was that there are 4 screws , 2 for each cover at the end, holding the covers on. These screws weren't with the product. Its a good job that I am replacing a defective unit and can use the ones out of that. Else it might be a nuisance trying to find suitable replacements as they are aren't a standard size

ITEM HAD A FAULT, ONE OF THE EIGHT LIGHTS DID NOT WORK. CONTACTED SELLER BY E-MAIL, NEVER RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE.

Initially, despite the product being indicated as in stock on a 2 to 3 days standard free delivery, it took nearly 3 weeks. I emailed requesting an update after a week with no reply. When I telephoned, the representative apologised and told me they were out of stock. He promised delivery the following week, which was correct. The product arrived well packaged and the courier excellent.

Great online information, fast delivery and responsive, helpful staff. Technical support can be misleading as staff aren't always clear about what is included in the box when the website info is ambiguous.

Very expensive shipping charges to the Channel Islands. The option to use *** would have been good. I managed to get the same lamps from a different supplier, less VAT, cheaper than yourselves and the shipping was only £*** via second class post.

Northern Ireland is still part of U.K. After I ordered It cost an extra £*** delivery Should have been advertised as such Still ordered Regards ***

Order accepted but of five bulbs ordered only one in stock. Requested refund but no response as yet. Appreciated being informed by sales dept. but appears to be a problem with website/stock control.
