“Eventualy after three cancellatiions following the delivery of the Glassroom a construction team team turned up, came for 1 day then turned up 2 days later and worked for 4 days. I was impressed with the work of the builder and his assist in the way he checked and doubled checked every bit of the construction. They worked hard and in the early evening in the dark and rain for 2 days inorder to finish the job. Very happy withe construction, but one minor point a lot of aliminum swarf was left in the glass door tracks, possibly because they were woring in under lights in the dark. It has taken me quite a few hours of clearing the swarf out of the tracks. There is also a stone slab still requiring grouting where the post base has been installed. But the attitude of the builder, Tristain was very friendly and very helpful keeping us informed in the construction process.”

“Fitters and electrician were excellent, delivery was great, office were polite and helpful. Only downfall was it took a bit of time from order to completion. Very happy now it is completed and would recommend”

“The final installation was fantastic with set dates and very professional outcomes. My Glass room looks stunning and adds a beautiful new dimension to my Patio. The only slight problem I had was that it took 9 months to finally get my glass house and therefore I couldn’t enjoy it this summer.”

“Final product outstanding. The erection team were thorough and very pleasnt to deal with. The planning process was somewhat drawn-out and frustrating given the length of time from ordering to final delivery and erection. (9 months).”

“Slightly tricky one this because we had a fault with the fixing of our new awning which took a very long while to identify and rectify. Also, we were subject to lengthy delays in the original installation. However, that said, the actual product is excellent, while the help, support and tolerance provided, especially by the customer support team, was exceptional, and the engineer who finally solved and fixed the problem went far beyond the call of duty . We undoubtedly were faced with a tricky and probably unique situation for which no blame could conceivably be attached to either product or personnel. The only criticism which prevents a 5 star rating are the long delays which were incurred. Overall, highly recommended”

“I am happy with the verandah installed recently. I am not happy however that at no point was I told it would take 2 days to install which made things quite difficult for me. Please ensure that the cust9mer is told upfront how long it will take.”

“Very pleased with end result. However, the delivery was way overdue. Customer service not much help, promising fitting in March but not actually fitted until May. Contractors all very pleasant and helpful.”

“This is our second veranda from Eden, having moved home and wanted the exact same for our new house. Love the quality of the workmanship, the simple, modern styling of the veranda and the price is as expected for this quality. Delays in delivery and then issues around available fitters have been a nuisance, I hope this improves in time, I appreciate it is affecting so many industries but you need to keep the clients better informed.”
