“I am very pleased with the Glass Room. It is very beautiful, very comfortable to eat, sit, work and play in there ! My child and I are in it, all the time ! The finish is stunning, the material are very good quality (especially the sliding doors) and it looks very high standard. A veranda from Eden Verandas definitely adds value to your property (more than what you have/will spent for it). The journey was not easy. It was a complex and difficult project due to some very odds shapes throughout the facade of the house. Eden Verandas made no mistake in the conception with security and solidity in mind. The only issue was a mistake made in the order. I ordered in December, but in March, they came for installation with the wrong beams (size)… So they came back in May, but with some missing parts…. With Covid and us being away in the summer, it was only finalised few weeks ago… It is not easy to deal with a project that stops and goes, twice. Therefore some parts got damaged along the way because not protected in between. But in the end, Eden Verandas were extremely professional, truly trying their best under exceptional circumstances and provided compensation that reached my satisfaction. We are humans and we all make mistakes. In the end, it was dealt with high professionalism and kindness. A big thank you to Andrew L. and Emma S., it was a pleasure to work with you. I highly recommend Eden Verandas.”

“I'm delighted with my new veranda with sliding doors; fitters were on time & coped with bad weather & imminent LockDown, despite travelling long distance , and facing problem with installation as survey/manufacture had misjudged location of drain downpipe, necessitating return visit after lockdown. There was a glitch with undershade/ lights controller, now also resolved. Again workers were pleasant & efficient. I cannot complain about time taken, as lockdown has impacted so widely”

“We would have given 5 but we couldn't use the awning when it was fitted because the lead wasn't long enough to plug it in! After all the surveys and measuring to scimp on a few inches of cable was really frustrating. At least make sure the cable is long enough to reach the floor where most plug sockets are.”

“Very knowledgeable sales rep. The product is a bit overpriced for what it is, but the quality is evident. Surveyor sent out in good time. Went with Eden as seemed very professional and diligent. Delivery turned up in a large truck despite the survey stating limited access. Delivery guys had to carry over a long distance to the property. Fitting team were on time, professional, and courteous. They cleaned up after installation, although everything was put into a huge yellow sack for later collection by a 3rd party contractor. Again with the known limited access a large truck was sent and could not collect the large unsightly rubbish from the front of our house. Had to chase this up which was annoying. Collected over a week after installation. Other than mentioned, overall Eden have installed a high quality product to a very high standard and I would definitely recommend. Very happy with chosen product.”

“Only one hiccup when advised the cost of some brackets had not been included in original quote. Administrators dealt with the embarrassment courteously. Delivery an installation was slick and on time. Pleased with the veranda.”

“We were very pleased with our verandah. Very good customer service and solid, lovely looking structure. The workman only took a day but unfortunately they had to come back to clean it as it wasn’t done to a good standard!! Otherwise would recommend just a shame we had to make a complaint which could have been avoided.”

“The quality of the awning is very good. No complaints there. The only reason I've given a 4 rather than a 5 is it took three goes to get it fitted, which I feel could have been avoided if the survey had been a bit more thorough. It shouldn't be down to the fitting teams to find out work needs doing. Still, a great product which got fitted for a fair price and I would recommend and use them again.”

“Generally very pleased. Delivery was on time and the installers were trouble free. The appearance is excellenthe and it will h certainly be durable. Unfortunately the was a leak between the veranda roof and the house wall. This took two return visits by the installers and finally a trip from Essex to us in Yorkshire by the installation manager to put right. It's OK now (we think!)”

“The build quality of our awning is excellent and its installation was smooth and faultless. Our only disappointment stems from the salesman promising a delivery date that was hopelessly inaccurate, resulting in a significant delay during the hottest summer in years. To their credit the office staff handled our sometimes terse communications with charm and understanding. Overall we would certainly recommend Eden Verandas to anyone who seeks a value for money, quality product.”

“Very efficient company, delivered exactly as visualized by us in our requirements. They were not afraid to offer different ideas that actually saved us on the cost. Fitters were very good and attentive to details of the finish. Very pleased, except maybe of the cost!!”
