“Easy company to deal with from the Sales staff to installation engineers. Kept me informed at all times! Would recommend this company for Verandas. The survey engineer after the actual survey recommended the best way to attached the Veranda to my bungalow.”

“Eventualy after three cancellatiions following the delivery of the Glassroom a construction team team turned up, came for 1 day then turned up 2 days later and worked for 4 days. I was impressed with the work of the builder and his assist in the way he checked and doubled checked every bit of the construction. They worked hard and in the early evening in the dark and rain for 2 days inorder to finish the job. Very happy withe construction, but one minor point a lot of aliminum swarf was left in the glass door tracks, possibly because they were woring in under lights in the dark. It has taken me quite a few hours of clearing the swarf out of the tracks. There is also a stone slab still requiring grouting where the post base has been installed. But the attitude of the builder, Tristain was very friendly and very helpful keeping us informed in the construction process.”

“We inherited the awnings but there was an issue. Contacted Eden who sent out an electrician within a week and the issue was resolved within half an hour. Excellent service!”

“After requesting a quote, we were visited by Eugene, who talked us through the construction and gave some good advice and presentation, which was a lot more detailed than we had received from other companies. Also due to the makeup of the veranda and the length we required we did not need a mid post, which with other companies we would have had to have. After placing the order we were kept informed on progression. We had a detailed survey carried out and again were fully informed of progress. We received regular updates on how our veranda was in being made and delivery date. On the day the veranda arrived a team set about installation and completed it in a 1 1/2 days. We are very pleased with the final product and installation. Altogether a very easy process and a very good company to deal with”
