“Our veranda was erected in October 2021 and we used it a lot last summer, when it lived up to expectations. However, some of the decking had not been fixed properly and started to lift up. This has now been rectified reasonably quickly under warranty, by Paul, who apologised on behalf of the company. The cable on one side of the awning tends to jam slightly, and we shall have to keep an eye on that, but there's no need for any intervention at present.”

“We have had an Eden Veranda, and then following year have had a blind fitted to veranda. We are very pleased with veranda, and the installation was straightforward and easy. The veranda is an excellent quality product”

“The experience I did have was not I was expecting as I did need to wait 3 weeks to replace a damage glass after the installation, lucky i did have a storage for my new outdoor kitchen, but the staff who install was brilliant .”

“Due to the way our house is constructed, we required a verandah that could be designed with dissimilar and also sliding walls. From quotation to design, we had excellent service. The arrival of the product was later than expected, due in part to covid restrictions and Brexit. When it finally arrived, the fitting team installed the verandha very professionally. They were very committed to achieving quality of the finishished installation. Regrettable, one panel was cracked (in transit). The replacement panel took a while to arrive and it was a few weeks later that it was installed. However, the work was once again carried out to a very high standard. I would recommend Eden Verandah to anyone thinking of having one installed.”

“The quality of the product is outstanding and the installers were meticulous and punctual. It was unfortunate that the length of the side blind was not measured correctly and had to be reordered from Germany. This meant a very long delay before completion.”

“The project was delayed by several months as we were informed by Eden that planning permission was not required. This turned out not to be correct, although Eden acknowledged their error and paid for the planning application. Supply of the goods from Germany was delayed. The guys doing the installation, however.were excellent. Pleased with the end result.”

“We are pleased with the end result. There were some delays with delivery and installation which were disappointing at the time but we received a JL voucher as a gesture of goodwill. The actual installation was done efficiently and there was minimal disruption. Overall a good job.”

“We are pleased with the quality of the product and service, but slightly disappointed that the awning does not solve our problem of the sun in the evenings. We thought that the angle would be different.”

“The Eden awning now installed will be an undoubted asset when the hotter weather arrives. The installation was efficiently carried out by competent tradesmen who were both polite and well qualified and equipped. Our one difficulty has been understanding the instructions for the remote control.”
