“We paid our deposit 28 Feb 2021 for 'Glass Garden Room'. Delivery quoted 18 - 22 weeks. Big appeal for us was the 4-5 day 'Installation Time'. Sadly my wife passed away due to Sepsis end of May 2021. Mixed emotions on start day of installation Mon 17 Jan 2022. Very impressed with the high standard of work and care during 4-5 days. Dean and Alex (installers) are a credit to Eden Verandas. Remote controlled sun shade blinds complete a fabulous finish to our room. A great place to reflect.”

“Very disappointed! The brochure states:" A glorious Winter's day...enjoy them all from your Eden Veranda." What the brochure and salesman didn't say, was that there is condensation in winter, which will cause water to drip from the underside of your veranda, wetting whoever may be standing/sitting underneath. An all weather veranda only if you invest in towels, squeegees and other accessories to dry the underside of the veranda. Don't even consider keeping furniture under the veranda, if you want your furniture to stay dry. After sales service was non-existent. I have been waiting a week for a call back from a manager. Still waiting!”

Thank you for your review regarding your Open Veranda. We understand that you have spoken to our Customer Relationship Manager who has advised the characteristics of a Open Veranda and what can be expected year round with the climate in England. You may experience condensation and driving rain in the Winter which is why we recommend the use of garden furniture. We hope that can enjoy the use your Open Veranda and are certain you will see the benefits of alfresco living, especially in the warmer months.

“Excellent Professional Service. From concept to completion. Informative throughout, held their delivery promises not an easy thing with Covid. I must mention our fitters Dean & Alec. They were professional prompt to time, maintained the schedule and importantly cleaned up everywhere before leaving. If you want a veranda of quality with excellent service look no further than Eden Thank you to all drivers, customer services, design engineers and fitters.”

“A very professional company. We have had the first 2 phases of our veranda installed and, from the design stage to completion, everyone has been a pleasure to deal with. Even the poor drivers, who had just endured a 350-mile trip to deliver the materials, were so cheerful and friendly. If anyone is considering having a veranda built, look no further than Eden”

“I am very impressed with Eden Verandas after sales service. One of their teams came to our home recently to replace the vertical seals on the fixed gable of our glass room, erected in 2017. Despite a delay between receiving the new seals from the supplier in Germany and the visit to do the fitting, the work was done efficiently. I am grateful to Eden Verandas for doing this under the warranty.”

“We can not praise your company enough. From start to finish the service was impeccable & kept fully informed throughout the process from initial enquiry through to installation. “From first contact to final installation everything worked like clockwork. The sales person, the surveyor, the installers, the electrician, and all staff contact with head office could not have been better, or more timely. Very impressed. I forgot to mention the "Hippo" company who collected the waste the day after the final electrical installation.”

“Still waiting for completion of our project. Parts missing from Germany, Broken glass and decking incomplete. We have paid tens of thousands of pounds for a room we cannot use. I cannot see the end to this nightmare as no-one takes ownership of the problems. Customer service doesn't return calls, even though they promise to. We were told 18-22 weeks completion when we signed the contract were now at week 33! If this is not resolved quickly we will be taking further action. We have been lied to on many occasions. There is no excuse.”

Please be assured that customer satisfaction is important to us and we are committed to resolving any work that we have been unable to complete on installation. We believe that a date has been provisionally booked with you to finish the installation dependant on the replacement parts arriving with us. Unfortunately, there have been unforeseen circumstances that have occurred, however, we are sure that the finished installation will offset these initial frustrations.

“The fitters worked like trojans in very cold conditions, and the quality of the materials used is excellent - really dense composite deck boards, really solid metal veranda supports & thick glass that the fitter could stand on. The deck structure was built to measure on site & looked really solid, the fitters were tidy and we were very pleased with the end result.”

“Simon and his sons who installed the glassroom are real craftsmen and were satisfied only when they were sure they had given their best. The end result was outstanding and just what we'd hoped for. When the engineers came to check our one fault, they too worked with precision and care to get things just right. We have the confidence to know we can get back to you with any issues. We are delighted with the result. The glassroom you helped us create has given us the extra space to use our home outside as we wanted to. It even looks great in the snow! Thank you Eden Verandas and your superb team!”

“We are pleased with the end result. There were some delays with delivery and installation which were disappointing at the time but we received a JL voucher as a gesture of goodwill. The actual installation was done efficiently and there was minimal disruption. Overall a good job.”

“I ordered a large awning in March 2021… with respect to Covid rules this eventually arrived with multiple delays in June 2021. The awning is excellent.. well built and of superb quality… it operates well and I could not complain about it. My problem lies with its casing… the contractors fitted plastic casing which melted and warped badly in the first days -,week. EV responded to my email and pictures however another long wait in which a surveyor arrives and takes measures for ‘made to measure ‘ metal casing. Another long wait and this arrives followed by contractors a week later to fit. This has now been fitted ( November 2021) however while the street view is lovely of the awning ..the contractors made a really bad job with the cut at you the down pipe ( the whole reason for casing). They appear to have cut the metal wrong around the pipe… which I wrongly assumed was made to measure… then placed an irregular off cut shape shape top over it… to cover the original bad cut! it looks terrible! It’s going to rust easily. I reported this last week Wednesday 10/ 11/21 and had no response yet… I have just telephoned Monday 15/10/21 and told someone will respond eventually. No one took the waste large amounts of plastic away from original casing so I’ve had to pay my handy man to dump them today. I am disappointed with the casing and my service now …obviously feel for the price of £10,000 I should get the best service and professional finish to my awning. Happy to show pictures and await EV to ‘eventually get back to me’ and another wasted day probably to have to wait in for survey! Happy to be contacted and happy to provide all pictures!”
