“My review was 3 months a go. The problem still isn’t fixed and no it’s not the decking that is the problem. There has been a leak before the the decking was fixed which is logged your end as were the visits. I regularly ensure all drainage vents are cleared. There is a gap in the corner fixture that has leaked from the start. Please please can we fix this problem once and for all. With 6 week intervals between visits its now 4 months and still a leak….no end in sight. Aftercare service is as important as the sales”
