“Very please so nice and tidy and very helpful 5 star”

“I recently inherited some money and fancied having a glass roof put over my patio so that I could enjoy it all weathers. I approached a number of companies but Eden were the first to respond and a very nice chap called Mark came to visit me. It was just after the Queen had died and the company were offering a good deal but there was no hard sell from Mark, he just patiently went through my options and I could tell that he really believed in this small family run company and indeed in the product they offered.....and the product they offer is good. It is German structural engineering at its best with a special internal irrigation system so you don't need gutters and downpipes. Even though it was the first company I had spoken to, I decided to go for it! After that, Jamie came to visit to measure and my area, a horseshoe shape, was not easy. After some discussion we decided that I would make the glass roof a little shorter so as to avoid a wall light, without any prompting from me the company contacted me to say that as it was now going to be a few inches shorter, it would be several hundred pounds cheaper! I also explained that I didn't want it installed until my builder had finished building my garden wall........not a problem, they held on to it until I was ready. Jack and Josh came to fit it in June and they were lovely guys who worked almost without a break in the blazing heat (I did make they come and have lunch) but they just wanted to crack on. They did a brilliant job and were very clean workers. I am thrilled with my new enclosed patio - it is a log store, dining area for all weathers and the dogs love it too! You can't take your money with you, so go and invest in your house! It is guaranteed for ten years but I am sure mine will see me out. Everyone at the company was nice to deal with and I am confident that I went with the best company. I should add that the fitters were independent contractors, they worked all over for all companies and they said that if they were going to get one - they would go with Eden, so that tells you all you need to know really!”

“Very pleased with end result. However, the delivery was way overdue. Customer service not much help, promising fitting in March but not actually fitted until May. Contractors all very pleasant and helpful.”

“Equipment supplied was known to be defective but I was not informed until I complained. This caused me embarrassment. Replacement has been promised, but I'm still waiting.”

“Eden verandas installed a veranda for us last year. At the time we were very impressed by all aspects, from the first visit to discuss design up to and including the delivery and fitting. Can’t say how good everyone was. Now a year later I am even more impressed. The veranda has really opened up our garden. During the summer its a great place to sit and enjoy the day and the evening and throughout the winter we have also used, mainly for protecting our plants but also socialising as we bought a patio heater after installation. If you’re thinking of getting a veranda - do it - they’re great and if you’re thinking of using Eden - do it. They were fantastic.”
