“Very happy with end result but very poor service in relation to time scales given and interim service. Advised delivery and installation would be 4-6 weeks. Ordered on 6th May, advised there was a hold up on production in Germany, promised the awning would be delivered on 31st July and fitted on 4th Aug. The awning arrived as schedule on 31st July. Rang company at 8.45 on 4th Aug to find our what time fitters would turn up and was told they usually arrive between 8.30 and 9am only to be informed later in the morning that they would not be turning up due to sickness / annual leave and informed they could not fit us in until 13th Aug. We were advised when we ordered that the electrician would arrive the day after the fitters had installed the awning. No time of arrival for the electrician had been given. contacted the office only to be told the electrician would not be able to attend until 21st Aug. We now had an awning we were unable to use. Requested to speak to a senior member of staff - we are still waiting to receive any form of contact to discuss the issues we experienced, A quality product heavily let down by giving customer unrealistic time scales and poor customer care.”

“Eden have recently completed the installation of a wrap-around veranda sitting over a new decking area at the rear of our house. We had been looking to achieve this for several years and are so glad to have finally found a company that was able to undertake the whole project for us. Eden did a detailed design and obtained the planning permission on our behalf, taking into account our specific requirements. They kept us informed of progress all through this stage. The installation was well managed and the installers highly competent and careful. The products used are of very high quality. This is not a cut price operation. Overall, Eden were a joy to work with. There appears to be good communication between the various departments: sales, planning and delivery. All the back-office staff we dealt with were pleasant, responsive and effective. Any problems or issues that arose were swiftly resolved. I have no hesitation in recommending them.”

“Very poor experience. We had a confirmed site survey appointment for today @1pm, but the technician chose not to show up, calling instead to say it will be too hot and he didn’t want to be late to his next job. Rather than rescheduling properly, he tried to give us an estimate over the phone without even seeing the site. To make matters worse, he said the job “might be expensive” and implied that we might not be able to afford it or would probably back out after comparing other quotes. That kind of comment is presumptive, condescending, and completely unprofessional. There was no respect for our time or our intelligence. I would not recommend this company to anyone expecting even basic customer care or courtesy.”
