“I ordered glass jars from this company. Of if the three arrived smashed, this was replaced with no delay, so good customer service. My only other issue was the order came from Amazon (I ordered it directly from the Eden & Willow website. This caused some confusion with the delivery. Very odd!”

“I ordered two round candles and when the delivery came it was square candles emailed Eden and Willow to explain the order was wrong and asked to send a returns label for wrong order .They sent me an email saying to keep the wrong order and sent me out the ones I’d ordered well done Eden and Willow would use this company again”

“I’m from the Isle of Wight and although I went through with my purchase I was shocked to find out it cost over £7 for postage. It’s the 21st century can this please get updated - we are 20mins from Portsmouth! Actual products however were amazing but postage was extortionate!”

“The bamboo jars are really nice but I have had 3 faulty jars in the orders I have placed. I was refunded but on two occasions the jars were out of stock so I couldn’t get a replacement. I would also like to add that most of the jars need cleaning when they arrive. They are grubby - it look me a long time to clean them.”
