I never received the large storage rice container I paid for at the beginning of May. It was not shipped to Amazon and therefore they cancelled the order. I have not received a refund or had any other contact with Eden and Willow - very, very disappointed.

Very sad to say the handle clip has broken off on one of the storage pots already (after using for less than a week)

I do not know why you use Evri which used to be Hermes which had an inefficient reputation. I’m bitterly disappointed. The product for which I paid has never reached me although it has been paid for . I’ve been tracking it daily and it’s now been returned to sender without any effort being made to deliver it to my address. There is always someone at home.

Order was sent to the wrong address, so they cancelled my order and refunded me instead of resending to the correct address. Disappointed

Prompt delivery BUT box was too small for the contents and so the packaging of the chocolate grater had been folded in half to get it in the box! Not good - especially as this is a Christmas present.

Still waiting for delivery, not been shipped and been 2 weeks. Will have to go through paypal for refund as email and phone calls being ignored. Very very poor service

Have not received my order. It’s been nearly 2 weeks since I ordered, every time I check the tracking it always says the next day, and just keeps changing daily.

I ordered 10 items, all glass jars with bamboo lids. Every single one arrived dented and scratched. Really disappointing. I am waiting to see what CS say but at this point I’ve had two responses saying they can’t see anything wrong from the photos which clearly show the dents and marks. Ideally I would like them replaced as the jars are nice it just looks so cheap to have everything arrived damaged.

I have not received my orders or had any updates! The website is glitchy and the phone number does not work. Customer service is also very slow and it’s been over a week of my trying to get into contact with someone to get an update on my order! Poor service and I’m out on a large order!! 3 days after I wrote the above review, I received a partial order, 4 items were missing! I have emailed and called to yet again no answer and no reply. Terrible customer service, I will not order again from this website. But I hope to receive my 4 missing items as I have paid for them!! Super disappointed!

Service has not been good. You seem unable to send the correct order in the first place and although happy to replace, still send the wrong size jars. I am at a loss as to why an order cannot be correctly fulfilled.

I’m not happy at all. I’ve spent a lot of money with this company and I’ve received damaged items or sent items without lids. Now what am I supposed to do with jars without lids. They said they would replace it and they have replaced some items of the items but the amount of times I’ve had to email them. It’s difficult as their telephone doesn’t work. How do I contact them and explain over the phone. They finish at 4pm. So each time they send the replacement item they don’t send all of them. The person who checks the items needs to check each and every item as I’m not getting all my replacement items it’s a nightmare.
