“I ordered 10 items, all glass jars with bamboo lids. Every single one arrived dented and scratched. Really disappointing. I am waiting to see what CS say but at this point I’ve had two responses saying they can’t see anything wrong from the photos which clearly show the dents and marks. Ideally I would like them replaced as the jars are nice it just looks so cheap to have everything arrived damaged.”

“I have not received my orders or had any updates! The website is glitchy and the phone number does not work. Customer service is also very slow and it’s been over a week of my trying to get into contact with someone to get an update on my order! Poor service and I’m out on a large order!!
3 days after I wrote the above review, I received a partial order, 4 items were missing! I have emailed and called to yet again no answer and no reply. Terrible customer service, I will not order again from this website. But I hope to receive my 4 missing items as I have paid for them!! Super disappointed!”

“I’m not happy at all. I’ve spent a lot of money with this company and I’ve received damaged items or sent items without lids. Now what am I supposed to do with jars without lids. They said they would replace it and they have replaced some items of the items but the amount of times I’ve had to email them. It’s difficult as their telephone doesn’t work. How do I contact them and explain over the phone. They finish at 4pm. So each time they send the replacement item they don’t send all of them. The person who checks the items needs to check each and every item as I’m not getting all my replacement items it’s a nightmare.”

“Returns policy is awful - they do not offer free returns. The items bought were not suitable. I emailed to ask how to return and they provided me with an address to ship my items back. My order total was £30 and shipment of the return was £20! I went on to their website after shipping, to then see they offer a collection service for £8 however that was never offered to me and as an excuse told it was only a service that has 'recently been added.' No good will gesture given for their mistake, really appalled with their service.”

“Great products, just absolutely appalling delivery service. My box was dumped the opposite side of the road to my road gate and left until my partner saw it the next day. The box was soaked through from the rain. Luckily nothing was damaged or run over, or stolen!”

“It looked great online but when I received it, it looked really cheap. The glass is really thin and flimsy feeling, im worried it will smash when i put it down on the counter one day. The little rubber end doesnt stay on and always falls off. I felt that it was too much hassle to return it at this rate”
