“The unit was repaired and returned quickly. No issues there. I do have an issue however with the price of the courier service that was used. The cost of repairs was £250 which converts roughly to €350. I live in Ireland and posted the unit for €13.00.The amount that was taken from my card was a total of €488 which means the courier cost was in the region of €140 !!!! Not good.”

“Overall I have found ECU testing to be good even when we have had suspected problems. The only thing I find is they are very slow with there repairs when they say 10 days its 10days. My customers find this sometimes a problem so we have to go else where”

“Used ECUtesting.com to test & repair a customer's ABS pump. Efficient ordering service. Returned reasonably quickly (but had to call twice for update, to be told it was ready). Would use again.”

“ECU Testing Ltd repaired a faulty gearbox ECU for my Audi A4 back in June 2015. I found their customer service to be highly professional and their workmanship quite exemplary. I was promptly updated at every stage of the repair process and the unit was shipped back to me in mint condition. I have not had problems with it so far. That said, the Company should improve on the speed of its responses to emails. It is quite disheartening when emails are responded to after two days. Further, there was a one week delay from the date of payment for the repairs to the date the unit was shipped. This is an oversight that the Company should note to address as, generally, any delay in shipment greatly inconveniences the customer.”

“THE REPAIRS THAT ECU TESTING CARRY OUT FOR US OVER THE YEARS IS GOOD,BUT SOMETIMES THE TURNAROUND CAN BE A LITTLE SLOW BUT OVERALL GOOD JOB.THANKS AGAIN.”

“I have previously had a steering column repaired by another company and the unit failed 4 times. This one from ECU testing is working fine. However, a quicker turn-round would be appreciated as it took 4 working days before the unit was assessed and overall 7 working days as quoted.”

“Took a little longer than expected to arrive, but did exactly what I had hoped when it did and saved us a LOT of money (£1500+ compared to the BMW quote) so well worth the wait. Would recommend.”

“Item was repaired first time with no problems and at a very good price,item was returned well packaged. Item did take slightly longer than I expected to repair and return but would recommend ECU testing for Ford Focus Dash repairs. Many thanks”
