“good service all done on time and fixed the fault”

“I was impressed with the service and was kept informed of the process at every stage. There is only one thing I would say could be improved on. The guy told me on the phone that the unit could be fixed and how much it would cost. I asked him what was wrong with it and he didn't know. I still don't know what was wrong with it over a month later.”

“I tracked my item but when enquired on return delivery i was told it was received a day later than it actually was this delayed gettingvit back before the aproaching bank holiday.The actual repair has been spot on .”

“we had a auto module on a b-class repaired and worked a 100% customer very happy , only downside was it did take longer than the 3 day turn around , they had on the Tuesday and we got back the following Tuesday , but for what the customer saved whats a few days , will use again in a heart beat”

“I am very happy and thank you your firm and employees. because my wife's car is 10 years old and your company through the car got the time taken 4 times cheaper than the Honda dealer offered. I would like your company to cooperate Honda Baltic office”

“Kept to time and budget estimates, really good communications (Sent postal tracking emails etc). Only small glitch was that (as an engineer myself) I asked for a technical report on the work carried out and didn't get one. That was the only problem with an otherwise perfect service.”
