Would have been 5 starts but for very poor updating of item status. 1. Even a few days after DHL reported delivering it status was still "waiting for delivery" until I rang. 2. Then status remained "Delivered" for several days until I again called. Two days later it arrived home fixed! 3. Left on hold with "musack" for AGES when I called. Chat was better (if someone was available) Small things make a bit impression so should be easily fixable. But I'm happy with the result, the alternative might have meant scrapping the car!!

Never really had any problems getting my items to you guys. But the DHL is not satisfactory three days wasted they never picked up item

Good service with collection and returns included in fee. Have found the communication slightly delayed in previous uses over the years, however, this time, it has improved. Received the unit back within the timescale given, whereas on previous repairs, it has taken longer than expected.

I was so upset when my car started having engine shut down issues, then I went to Ford and they could not help me as they did not have booking availability for the next two months. Then I explained to my cousin, he then asked another mechanic friend who recommended ECU Testing LTD. After contacting ECU Testing, they resoved the engine shut down issue in a matter of one to two days. To be honest they were a life saver for me, as everything still works well and the issue seems to disapear. Thank you very much for your expertise & professionalism. 🙏🙏🙏

Surely it was a plug and play after they fixed my gearbox ECU. Service wise 👌🏾 it's the best I could ask for however I wasn't happy on the price increase from the advertised ~£200 TO ~£300

Dash camera back in fully working a little disappointed about turnaround time but was Easter weekend so got allow for people on holiday, overall happy with service.

Pros Good service, speedy, good coms, Returned Perfect. A good service overall... Cons I managed to package my Dashboard and send it to them Tracked, insured & with a signature for £7.50 They then charged me £20 Inc the vat to return it ..! I then phoned them to ask why they need to charge me almost 3X the cost to return it , the reply on the phone was,...that's the cost otherwise make your own arrangements which is obviously more complicated and costly.

There was no issue with the work done. The Fiat airbag ECU was returned fully functional and working with all faults sorted. I re-fitted it to the customers car and there were no faults requiring cleared afterwards. It all just worked and I re-assembled the dash and called the customer to collect. The cost was not unreasonable and the arranged postage all clear and straight forward (I chose to drop off the unit with the courier in order to speed up the process). I have given the service 4 out of 5 as the turnaround time was slower than advertised and the customer had to wait longer than expected to get her car back. However, I cannot fault the technical repair carried out. I will use the service again without hesitation and have confidence in their ability to effect a successful repair.

It would have been 5 star apart from filling in test form on mobile phone would not allow vehicle details to be entered correctly, kept auto filling from drop down box. Testing, advice and repair all 5 star.

We've used this company for a number of years, most of the time we've had positive experiences. The communication is hit and miss - they don't send the reports through with a faulty unit, you have to request these separately and wait days for admin to get the technician to supply this. Why it is not created at time of test I have no idea! The online method of checking where your unit is within their system is basic and offers no detail beyond 'in progress'. It could be in progress for days until it is actually on the test station. No feedback is given to say when they are busy and their predicted 3 day return period turns into 5 or 6. We've only had one unit come back as 'OK' which was then retested to have a fault, so successwise they are good.

Lead time on turn around was slower than the 2-3 days so van was off road for 9 days from taking abs pump off to installing back on van, as they do not work weekends. but was kept informed with texts
