“Worst experience 2-3 days turn around which has now turned to two weeks. I am still waiting! . Called customer service and the person on the phone couldn’t even apologise for the delay. Lacks customer service manners! Stay away from this company if you’re urgent!!”

“Disappointed with ECU testing. Paid £700 and received the unit back minus the seal which rendered it useless at the time. Management were totally uninterested. I would advise looking for other repair providers.”

“After much searching and rejection from other module repair facilities, I found ECU Testing, who from the start, were professional, caring and helpful. In the vast expanse of the USA, no one here could (or would) help me with repair of my module on my custom-built 2004 PT Cruiser panel van. They tested my original module and once it was determined that it could not be salvaged, worked with me to identify a suitable replacement and were able to clone the new modeule from my original. Otherwise, I would have been faced with possible loss of this vehicle for being unable to repair or replace the failed module. I cannot be more thankful for their efforts and kindness! Saving this vehicle from the salvage yard was important to me!”
