Have used the company for several years and have been good,but last experience was not good and will not use again. They blamed DHL but it is them that provide the service. The member of staff i was in contact with was not bothered and just tried to brush it off. They knocked off postage cost to compensate but was not enough to compensate me. Will not use again.

Sent 2 units in one container. The container was bought for 30 Euros to ensure safe shipping. Received an email that the unit can be repaired, so i payed an was quite happy. Later on i receive an email saying that the other unit cannot be repaired. Why would i spend more money on a broken down car by repairing just 1 of 2 units and still have to wreck the car?? Asked you guys if i could cancel the repair order for the other unit, this was turned down. And finally you first send the repaired unit, but demand 50 Euros extra to ship the unrepaired unit in a separate shipping back to me! and none of the units was sent back in the 30Euro box i sent them in! Poooooor communication and planning from you guys.... Btw, i greased up the second unit that was "unrepairable". it works just fine and the car is now beeing used every day..........

Hi Anders, Thank you for your feedback, the two units that you sent into us are 2 separate units on the vehicle, we had already carried out the rebuild service on the first unit and shipped the unit back to you prior to testing the second part you sent into us. The unit that tested irreparable would only be the unit that needed to be replaced as we had fixed the other one. Kind Regards Karen

So far you done the Jag gear selector as you said and it' work as you said with out any programming just the turn around time is not as you said Regards

Turnaround time was double the time stated on website. Charges weren’t completely transparent/clear. Repair seems to have resolved the issue for now

The repair service was great. But DPD failed to collect as in didn’t even attempt to collect in the end after a week I had to use a drop off point!

The repair of my Metronics unit was done as advertised. I asked for information on what work was carried out, a 'workshop report' was promised. Several emails were sent to remind them, most were replied with apologies for the delay and reassurance they would send the report. Never received anything.

Had sent units away for testing, but these took exceptionally longer than anticipated due to failure in communication.....this happened twice. However, customer service was faultless and very helpful in rectifying. We have since sent off another unit and hoping for a smoother transition so we can change our review to 5 stars.

Their prices are over £100 cheaper and include pickup and delivery on eBay. Do not use the website buy through ebay. I lost over £100 by going through the website.

Repair was carried out very slow service though which was a bit disappointing, letting down customers ultimately costs my company money. Maybe try BBA reman in Kent turnaround is quicker i will the next time.

TIME TAKEN WAS A LOT LONGER THAN REPORTED AND AFTER 5 DAYS WAS TOLD THAT THEY NEEDED THE DASH COVER TO HAVE A WARRANTY

Hi Nick Apologies if your unit was delayed, sometimes depending on the reported fault some units may need to go into our R&D department for further investigation which can extend the turnaround time. Hi There Our turnaround time at that time was 2-3 working days, we received your unit on the 3rd July and dispatched the unit back out on 4th July which is under our current turnaround time. Kind Regards Karen

They fixed it in good time but when I asked they wouldn’t tell me exactly what has been done ie replaced a component. For 320quid I would expect that.
