“Fantastic service, a really simple and easy process to send back my abs pump, ECU arranged collection and delivery back, kept me informed of at each step, the pump was repaired and back with me in 5 working days. “With regard to my previous comment/review, I would like to update on this. My ABS pump has been fitted and all seems to be well. It would have been a good idea, to state what the fault was on the invoice/packing note. However, I would like to say thank you for solving the problem, this is now a good review for work done, not so good on communication/information. I hope you see this as constructive. Cheers”

“Sent my ABS Pump fir diagnostic & repair. The only information I could give was, there is a fault? I was told they had found a fault, but not the same fault that I had reported (strange, as I didn't know what my fault was, just that there was one!). I've received my unit back and it remains to be seen if the fault is cleared? However, my invoice states "No fault found, rebuilt as requested". Yes, I did request a rebuild, because they told me verbally they had found a fault!. If this was true, why was it not stated on my invoice? Just to be clear, this is neither a good or bad review, but an honest one. I would like some clarity on this.”
