“I recently used ECU Testing after discovering a fault on my automatic gear shift control in my car. After researching a company to fix the problem, I came across ECU testing a few times and saw good feedback for similar repairs. I cannot fault them at all, I sent the gear control on the monday morning to them and had it returned by Thursday morning, in perfect working order. ECU were prompt with their updates and I am happy to recommend and use them again, should the need arise.”

“Would have been 5 starts but for very poor updating of item status. 1. Even a few days after DHL reported delivering it status was still "waiting for delivery" until I rang. 2. Then status remained "Delivered" for several days until I again called. Two days later it arrived home fixed! 3. Left on hold with "musack" for AGES when I called. Chat was better (if someone was available) Small things make a bit impression so should be easily fixable. But I'm happy with the result, the alternative might have meant scrapping the car!!”

“Although a bit slower than we were expecting to get going it, they called us to explain there was a fault they could fix. They were honest in that they didn't think it would solve the whole problem but gave the choice of fixing the fault. Fixing and returning to us was very quick and it did actually solve the whole problem so really pleased. Person on phone was very thorough and helpful.”

“I have a 2017 VW GTI with a DSG. One day, I went to reverse and noticed the car surging. Put it in drive and went down the street, upon braking, started surging again from 2nd to 1st. OBD11 said output speed sensor fault. After researching, I came across mechatronic issues. A new one was on back order for months, so I found ECU Testing mentioned in some forums. I decided to give them a try and the whole process shipping from the states was smooth. My part did get damaged in transit, but they even fixed that as well. They had it for a couple days, confirmed it was the mechatronic and did all repairs. This was extremely affordable compared to buying new. Saved me money, time, needing programming and losing my tune. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using them!”
