“First time ordering from ECookshop and it was easy to order, and prices were great, and the service was excellent. Delivery was fast and I will definitely be ordering again from ECookshop Dawsons. Best buy was the circulon skillet good quality at good price and the denby mug.”

“Purchased a special birthday gift. On arriving the presentation box is stained on the outside and inside, so I can not give as a gift. I've emailed them but no response as yet to rectify.”

“Very pleased with my purchase. A really good price. After ordering and paying for my items, I was advised it was actually out of stock, but e-cookshop kept me up to date with delivery timescales. When they emailed me to say it was back in stock and had been posted out, I was very impressed to receive it within 2 days.”

“Spoke to a very plesent lady , she checked if in stock what I wanted in Almond Nough Saga toaster and kettle .Ordered and delivered the following day. Check with numerous other suppliers none had both items and ranged from 5 days to 3 weeks from ordering. We have used eCooker several times over the years starting in 2006 with a Cobb Barbecue. They Will match most prices. Thanks once again.”

“I ordered 4 Denny imperial blue mugs and 4 imperial blue gin glasses. All items arrived well wrapped and protected. I'm very happy with my purchase and will be looking at more denby items to buy before they all disappear. Would recommend”

“Ordered Denby items which are now in very short supply and therefore precious. Of the 5 items I ordered only 1 of them arrived in new condition. 1 was broken in half and the other 3 items had factory faults (2 rather significant ones), but none were labelled as seconds. I am so disappointed that a cook shop wouldn’t provide better packaging to avoid breakage. The factory faults aren’t on eCookshop per se, but they should have been listed as seconds and properly checked before being sent out. I can’t get through on the phone - it just loops around despite it being during opening hours. There’s no email address, just a contact form that can take 4-5 days to respond. Far from ideal when the items are selling out everywhere.”

“Sadly this item is not bone china like the one I needed to replace. The broken item was clearly marked bone china this one is only marked dishwasher proof. Does that make in fine china I don’t know. Both made by the same manufacturer but slightly small and different shape.”
