“Order was slow to arrive but in this day and age of Amazon next day delivery we all get rather impatient. Order was as expected and is meeting expectations. I would order through this company again”

“Bought this mug to replace Christmas gift that had a crack in the china. This mug arrived with a chip in the bottom so although only cosmetic tried to get in touch to arrange replacement. Nobody got back to me either time I filled in the questionnaire, wan't a massive chip so didn't chase it further. Mug was nice though and have always had good experiences with Cookshop in the past”

“This item was a christmas gift for my husband when it arrived it had what it was on the box and my husband was there and seen it when it arrived So i had to give him it i was not happy but he was happy. 🙁”

“Package arrived on time, but decorative boxes containing pastry forks & cake slices were damp and one was slightly muddy! I wiped them clean very carefully and left them near radiator to dry out. Fortunately there is no staining. More careful picking and packing might be a good idea”

“I ordered a number of items of glassware and kitchenware. All very well-packaged. Extremely disappointed that one glass, bought for a gift, had a flaw on the rim so I'm currently in the process of asking for a replacement. I'd expect better quality checking before goods are sent out to customers.”

“I ordered the Villeroy & Bosch pasta plates to add to my others. Goods arrived in perfect condition well packaged but took 8 days to reach me even though I had paid for postage. Bit disappointed”

“The order had 25% off which was good but the items arrived in a damaged box and were really dusty and in need of a good wipe. One of the items inside was also in a damaged box. Not great.”

“Easy to purchase. However delivery would have been a lot slower had I not chased the order up via telephone. The delivery driver also dropped the whole box out from the back step of his van, It looked like he threw it out but he said it slipped from his fingers. I wasn't impressed.”
