“This is my second purchase from ECookshop. I found the customer service and updates informative relevant but not excessive. The product range is excellent and price point very competitive in the market place. The product was as described arrived within schedule well packaged and undamaged. Courier delivery was excellent via DPD with no issues. Overall very happy and now looking to purchase a coffee machine from the extensive range available.”
