“Easy to order & my order for breakable china was well wrapped & arrived in good condition. My only criticism would be the packaging material used: recycled plastic air bags and bubble wrap. These are not easy to recycle & would require me to go & find a recycle point nearby me that will accept them. Unfortunately I don't have time to go looking for such a place. It would be better to use card/paper packaging that I can then put in my household recycling bin. It is also more sustainable than plastic waste.”

“Saw a set of colourful le creuset cappucino mugs at the shop and decided to buy them. Bit of an impulse buy but very pleased with them. They're a little smaller than expected but actually a good size if you don't want a full mug of coffee. Excellent le creuset quality of course and fast delivery. On the pricey side for 6 mugs but happy with the purchase.”
