“DPD keep on delivering to someone else. It’s hard contacting DPD to tell them this. Still haven’t received the product”

Hello, According to the tracking the item has not yet been delivered. I can see you paid via PayPal so if you have moved or have not updated your address in PayPal the address the item may be going to the wrong address. “I wanted a straight replacement for my old kettle which stopped switching off automatically, but to be fair it was probably 8 or 9 years old. I was a bit nervous as I had not heard of ecookshop but the kettle arrived the next day and was £30 less than the next best price I could find. So I am impressed and would definitely order again.”

“Could Not Be Happier! Cheapest I could find this product online and it came with free postage. Arrived quickly and well packaged. Then when it arrived it came with a free gift from eCookshop, a lovely set of wine glasses. This company clearly understand customer service; so happy I've found them, will definitely be using them again in the future.”
