“Quick service, I ordered some Le Creuset plates and mugs . it was very securely packed without going over the top. All arrived in good condition. Most was cheaper than at the official site. If you want to get Le Creuset, check this website first!”

“No customer service, rubbish. I purchased a Sage Bambino Espresso Coffee Machine from eCookshop, the water jug had a crack in it. I sent photos and asked eCookshop to arrange for a replacement jug. Instead of sorting out they just told me to contact Sage to claim a replacement under warranty as they did not have any stock. Funny, there website shows they have stock. Furthermore, my purchase was with eCookshop, they should contact Sage not me. Lazy, lazy customer service, not lawful as my contract is with eCookshop. I have now gone back to eCookshop and told them they need to get me a replacement.”
