“I have had 2 orders with Dawsons. The first was perfect and I reordered. The second order RW1505250 had problems 3 of the knives had a discolouration which looked like rust on the blades. Cleaning them managed to remove some of it but not all”

“Ordered a mug from Dawsons (a partner website). It arrived quickly and was very well packaged. Sadly there was a manufacturing fault with the item but the company very quickly sent out a replacement. All good second time around. Very happy with Dawsons' customer service.”
