“I ordered some Denby Craftsman mugs, they arrived in good time and were well packaged. Sadly, despite the excellent packaging, one mug was damaged. I sent an email complete with photo of the mug to the customer service. I received a reply almost straight away and a replacement mug was sent out which I received it the next day. I cannot fault the service at all from beginning to end. A great company to deal with goods as decribed and great communication throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.”

“Well over my expectations. I was a little hesitant to order a whole diner set from them but the price was the cheapest in the market, it came supper quick and the packaging was ever so professional. Defiantly will recommend and buy again.”
