“Delivery was arranged for sink direct from supplier. Unfortunately it arrived with a small amount of damage. Lorraine at East coast Kitchens was extremely helpful and arranged for delivery of a new sink which was delivered promptly.”

“I ordered a shaw sink from Eastcoast on the 19th of August that arrived defective on the 21st of August. They didn’t have a replacement and I asked for a refund in order to purchase elsewhere and complete my kitchen installation whilst fitters are on site. It took over a week for them to collect the defective sink. I’m still awaiting refund of my money as of today - the 6th of September. Totally unacceptable level of service. It was easy to collect the money and it’s proving impossible to refund it. What sort of business model is employed here”

I am very sorry you are not happy with our service. I do feel we have been accommodating for you. The Shaws Ribchester 800mm kitchen sink supplied was confirmed as being in a perfect condition by the distributors, I appreciate there was a score on the underside of the ceramic sink which was imprinted via the hand making process. To help you, we arranged a free of charge collection. As the sink is very heavy and fragile, this had to be arranged via our van rather than a standard courier service. Due to the bank holiday and your location, the sink was collected on the dates as advised to you of the end of last week. I am not sure if you are yet to check your account but the refund was completed in full earlier this week? It will unfortunately take a few days to show back into your account. Thank you
