“The Schok sinks require damage to be notified within 24 hours, and you have to agree to this t+ c after the order. On reflection, this creates risk and should be a red flag to purchasers. Hence, when damage happened in getting product out of box for templating, literally just lifting it out, means £277 down the drain or should I say sink! Wasted hard earned money on what appears to be defective materials if they can't even be handled. What can be done about it ?”

Janet I am sorry to hear you have a damaged sink. you mention in a further review that Clearly "not up to the job of being lifted out of the box twice! Can you please confirm the sink was actually ok the first time when checking the sink? I appreciate it is not great to find a damaged sink but if checked and ok, do you think it could of been dropped or mis handled? Please contact the team and we will do our best to help you the best we can, thank you

“Very good communication, speedy delivery (meant to be upto 7 working days but arrived less than 3), and product arrived in perfect condition. Our new kitchen won't be ready for the tap to be installed for a while. I can't report anything about the product itself. Will buy from Eastcoast again.”

“This was listed a delux product. The roller doesn’t retract properly, the quality of the roller is not great, the guide rails are plastic. It’s stiff to move up and down and because the roller doesn’t retract it’s sagging down inside the cabinet. Very disappointed.”
