“Very accommodating with delivery address after change, first sink was delivered with a chip around the tap hole notified them immediately, very apologetic arranged to replace the sink and now waiting for the replacement, no hassle.”

“I spoke to a helpful person in sales to check some details but ordered online. Delivery was quoted as 3 to 5 days which was Ok. I was delighted when I was advised the sink would be delivered the next day . Simple to order, the staff no was excellent quality and fast delivery. A great experience.”

“We've been looking for some decnt kitchen oven heat deflectors for a while now, the sides if our newly installed kitche had started to go brown from the heat escaping from the ovens. We bought two sets of heat deplectors from Eastcoast Kitchens, great product, easy to fit, and does the job well. Very fast delivery. Thank you.”

“Clearwater Siena N150 sink in Polar White. Arrived as planned. Looks good, have not had it plumbed in as yet. However the 1.5 sink I was advised does not come with a U bend; my fitter and the plumb center said this was really unusual, it meant I had to purchase one; apparently the one bowl does come with a U bend? Can't comment on how it stands up to every day use.”

Unfortunately Clearwater 1.5 bowl sinks only includes a plumbing kit (No U Bend on all 1.5 bowls but the single bowl sinks the plumbing kit needs to be purchased separately as does not include any pipework. I will certainly feed your comments back to Sterling distribution the distributors for the Clearwater range. Thank you for your purchase which is appreciated.

“We had an issue with a pull out waste bin we bought from East Coast Kitchens in February this year. I contacted them about it and the response and service we got was excellent. They responded on the same day, updated me a day later and had replaced and delivered the unit within three days. Their aftercare was impressive and will certianly encourage me to buy from them again in the future.”
