“Don't use this company if you want the product you ordered. The vape never arrived and the delivery company said I needed to contact them. 2 emails sent and I got no response. I telephoned twice and again no response”

“Ordered on the 12th march 43.00 worth of stuff and still waiting for my parcel. DHL has lost my parcel, so I contacted support and they said they look into it and resend them out 4 days ago It's now been 6 days, had to email twice more and had no response both times. Not good!!”

“Scam! Don't order from them! Tracking with DHL paid for on invoice but none given with dispatch email. No response from support or returns emails, no answer to phone calls and the contact section on their site freezes. They were quick enough to take my money though. Going to have to contact the bank now. What a joke.”
