“ordered on the 6th of september with 1-3 day delivery, have emailed twice and have had no response nor package arrive. 14 days later and still no information on why it has been delayed or whether i’m even going to receive what i have paid for. poor service all round.”

“comes packed very well and very secure, somewhat slower delivery but that may be down to the couriers striking, I would definitely recommend E-Liquids UK as they're one of only a few retailers to stock elf bar liquid”

“Absolutely awful, web site payment glitch, ended up paying for 3 different orders, taking 3 payments, emailed and got a response really fast “great” told refund was processed and should be with me end of following week 15 days later no refund, no reply to emails, don’t answer the phone… so if someone could answer me that would be great thanks”
