Hi Luke, I'm pleased to hear your order was delivered quickly, as stated on the product page they are 36mg nic shots but due to TPD the packaging has to state 20mg even though they are 36mg. “This is an update following up from customer services reaching back to me following my initial review. See original review below. Once the issue was resolved I got my order promptly, customer service arranged for the replacement order to be posted to me using a 24 hours delivery service. Happy with the resolution --------------Original Review-------------- Customer services is a myth. Made a purchase which was dispatched and shows as complete but two weeks later nothing has arrived. Tried through all means possible to get someone to help sort it out but it appears all channels of communication are only for show. Best advice is to avoid as I will now try to go through my bank to get a refund.”

“I purchased an e-cig in April and about a month later it started to come away at the sides. It took a while to get through to customer services but once I did they were very quick in dealing with the problem and replaced it and sent it free of charge. They have a fab range of e-cigs and liquids and I will definitely be returning to buy more. Delivery is super quick too. When I’ve ordered before 4pm it’s arrived the next day 👍”

“I ordered 3 packs of e-liquids a month ago. Only 2 were sent out and I received an order note informing me the final pack was ‘to follow.’ I have heard nothing since so attempted to contact the company. Despite claiming to be ‘fanatical about customer support’ they have not responded to my email nor does there seem to be anyone available to answer the phone. Update - E-Liquids UK have contacted me and have now rectified this administrative error promptly and efficiently. Thank you.”

“I had been looking for the cbd vape liquid I purchased. I received a telephone call saying the product was out of stock but would be in on the Monday or Tuesday. I was asked if I wanted a different strength or something different. I said I was prepared to wait. The liquid came on the Wednesday morning by post signed for. I was happy with the service I received and would recommend E-Liquids UK to anyone looking for a honest company that puts the customer first. I will be buying from them again in the future.”

“I purchased 4 different flavoured solo + and I love them all, never had a problem with solo + and will definitely purchase them again from E-Liquids UK! The only down side was a CBD vape I bought in hope it would help with my severe tinnitus was in damaged packaging with no protective caps and lasted for approximately 10 puffs. Considering I was hoping this could possibly help or be a solution to my tinnitus I was severely disappointed. The delivery was speedy and other than ordering didn’t have to lift a finger!”

From what I've researched I can't see there being any links between the effects of CBD and Tinnitus however the CBDfx Pen you purchased should not have lasted only 10 puffs.
