I ordered 3 packs of e-liquids a month ago. Only 2 were sent out and I received an order note informing me the final pack was ‘to follow.’ I have heard nothing since so attempted to contact the company. Despite claiming to be ‘fanatical about customer support’ they have not responded to my email nor does there seem to be anyone available to answer the phone.
Update - E-Liquids UK have contacted me and have now rectified this administrative error promptly and efficiently. Thank you.
