This is an update following up from customer services reaching back to me following my initial review. See original review below. Once the issue was resolved I got my order promptly, customer service arranged for the replacement order to be posted to me using a 24 hours delivery service. Happy with the resolution --------------Original Review-------------- Customer services is a myth. Made a purchase which was dispatched and shows as complete but two weeks later nothing has arrived. Tried through all means possible to get someone to help sort it out but it appears all channels of communication are only for show. Best advice is to avoid as I will now try to go through my bank to get a refund.
