Good Morning Sarah, Sorry to hear this, however, we are not Mi-Pod and just a reseller so I feel this review is a little harsh as it should be a product review not a company review. If you emailed support@e-liquids.uk one of our support staff would be able to help and we would be more than happy to resolve this issue for you as you are protected by a warranty with ourselves, which not many online retailers offer. This saves you from dealing with Mi-Pod USA directly. “Sent me a 60ml bottle instead of a 100ml and put a 100ml sticker on it to make it look like that’s what it was, and On top of that they didn’t give me a full bottle on either of my purchases. very disappointed won’t be ordering from here again”

“I only buy my nic salts from this store now. I love that there are more flavours than the shop and they have good stock. The only thing I would say is that when I spend over a certain amount I am suppose to get tracked orders within 48 hours and I don’t receive any confirmation of dispatch, I get the delivery about 4-5 days later”

We do our best to keep as many flavours in stock for everyone (It's sometimes hard) so I'm pleased we appear to be doing a good job there. In regards to the shipping, I'm sorry your shipments are taking a little longer than expected, I checked your previous order and yes it took 4 working days which is slightly longer than we'd like to see. Unfortunately, the free shipping option over £30 is not a fully tracked service but instead has proof of delivery confirmation number which lets us know where and when your item was delivered. As an apology we would be more than happy to upgrade your next shipments to a fully tracked service, simply message our support desk via email after placing your order and they will inform the warehouse to do so.
