“Impeccable service, friendly kind staff. I have never ordered a skip before & my experience could not have been better, I have been given information every step of the way & have been treated with respect & care . Will definitely be using them again .”

“I was very impressed by the service I received from Dunmow Group. I ordered an 8 years skip which was delivered early on the morning of the due date. I was advised by email that the skip was on its way and the driver positioned it with care, exactly as requested. Once filled, I arranged for the skip to be collected early. I was advised in advance that the driver was on his way and the whole processed was very well organised and professional. I will definitely be using the company in the future.”

“Usually book with Dunmow from the recommendation I got from a friend who works for Bellway Homes, had a very disappointing phone call with one of the colleagues on the phone which made me not want to use Dunmow after and was very angry on the phone with the previous colleagues but had a very nice advisor named Marvin rectify and sort the issues out with my numerous skips quickly, asked the right questions, added the correct information and gave amazing reassurance in making sure my business needs were met and that I was fully aware of the credible information so the mistakes from other colleagues and services I had with the company wouldn’t happen again, don’t usually do reviews but nice young guy should be recognised was unbelievable customer service which is pretty rare to find these days, real credit to the company of Sam Malins, Will be continuing to book with Dunmow Group after the service received!”
