I found the whole process of booking a skip really easy, when I had to change the size of the skip I ordered it was dealt with professionally and my refund for the first skip was back in my account in three days, the guy who delivered my skip, knocked to ask whereabouts I wanted the skip placed and then checked that it was in the right place, a totally professional and friendly company, I highly recommend them!

I was disappointed to find that I had been given a skip without a drop down door when I'd paid for one. There had been no warning I was getting a different skip. I had to call up to ask for a refund otherwise I think it would of been missed. Timings were good however, and staff were friendly on the phone.

First class company, easy online booking made after normal office hours, skip delivered the next morning (Saturday) . Updates both text and email keep me in the picture. Very friendly driver who gave useful information on what could be put in the skip, as did the office staff when I called them early on the day.
