Drop off and collection was good, first time ordering a skip and could have been more clear what a 4-yard skip is. Should really be advertised as a 4 cubic yard skip. We thought it was 4 yards long. When calling up to find out a rough time for delivery or pick up, they are rather unhelpful. Drivers each time have been friendly.

I was disappointed to find that I had been given a skip without a drop down door when I'd paid for one. There had been no warning I was getting a different skip. I had to call up to ask for a refund otherwise I think it would of been missed. Timings were good however, and staff were friendly on the phone.
