“Delivery will on time and the order process was very easy. I was kept updated on collection dates and time. A good service at a reasonable price. I will definitely use Dunmow again.”

“The whole process of getting the right size skip, delivery and payment went well, the only thing that let me down was the delays in collection. Will have no problem using them again though.”

“Accurate eta given when I rung to see where the driver was. Text before delivery was useful. Drive ensured skip was delivered exactly where we wanted it.”

“Had a skip off Dunmow last Monday, can't fault them one bit. We needed to get rid of some waste after having a new bathroom fitted and a new fitted kitchen being started on Monday too. We were sent a hippo bag by Wickes with the bathroom for the waste to be put into, after waiting 4 weeks for the hippo bag to be picked up I phoned them and asked for it to be picked up, they wanted £420 to pick the bag up.... Told them where to get off. I waited until the kitchen installation start date, last Monday the 11th of December to order a skip from Dunmow Skips, the skip came and the wife asked the driver if he could lift the hippo bag full of bathroom waste into the skip? The driver willing obliged and left the skip for us to fill with the remnents of our old and new kitchen. Can't speak highly of the driver and company, if only all companies were like Dunmow.”

“Would have given 5 stars for service but i had to keep ringing the office to book a job . Was told i would be called back 3 or 4 times but never happened.”

“Overall a very good service, both drivers very pleasant and helpful. Only downside was only had skip for 3 days and driver came back to pick it up? Luckily had almost filled it up. We did not request a pickup. ?”

“Expensive. More than twice the price of the same service in Australia. Skillful drivers. Our house is difficult to access and the pickup driver had a much bigger truck than the delivery driver. He was brilliant. Ripped off. Your website said no mattresses. But only after the truck had left, I learned we could have put the mattresses in the skip and paid an extra charge. Your man in a van pick up of two mattresses is not affordable. And I still have two single mattresses. No special rates offered for a 90 year old home owner. Shame on you. I liked the way you gave us an agreed time to pick up the skip. No incentive to make that time shorter.”

“Good service and communication regards delivery and collection, but £50 plus for a delivery / pick-up fee, I believe is a lot, considering it is not being transferred that far. All other services have been good.”
