All done online . Efficient and job completed as scheduled. A little pricey and can never figure why a few days hire costs the same as a 2 week one.

All delivered fine just found customer service when trying to get it picked up earlier non existent and not helpful.

Historically very good but recently increased costs and less flexibility mean we'll probably go elsewhere.

Time keeping could be better. Asked for morning slot and turns up at 15.38. Phoned to ask time of delivery and they said you pay extra for morning delivery., but didn’t tell me that when booked skip. Skip wasn’t filled and rubbish was left round the job. More work in the morning.

Disappointed you won’t provide me with an account. I like to lay cash anyway, but wanted the account trading terms (have the skip for longer, etc.).

I would have left five stars other than the used skip was not picked up when agreed. I had a phone call on the day of pickup saying it was delayed until the next day. I had a bulk bag of slate booked for delivery which needed to go where the skip was. I was assured we were the first pick up (the next day) and would be around 7/7:30 AM which I agreed to. at 8:30 the next day I phoned as it had not been picked up and was again assured it would be picked up by 09:00, unfortunately, my delivery of slate turned up before the skip was picked up and had to be left some distance away meaning I had to move the slate with a lot further than I needed to. other than that could not fault things.

Skip delivered on time. However, it wasn't made clear when ordering that skips can't be collected any earlier than their collection date like we have requested prior covid. We have road parking restrictions during the week and 13 days with a skip proved very different/inconvenient. We then was disappointed that we got a call to say that our skip collection would be pushed back for a further 2 days :-( .

Requested skip be left as close to garden access as possible. Skip left halfway down the drive. Customer services really not all that

Hi my apologies if you are not happy with the service provided , looking at the photos of where the skip has been placed i can see it is about 2 metres from the back gate between a car and the the wall. our drivers will always strive to place as accurately as possible and will avoid placing closer if there is a risk to damaging the property. if you would like to discuss this further please give us a call on 01245 466646. kind regards The Dunmow Group

Hi My apologies that the skip was delivered in the later part of the day, but i am sure you can appreciate that it is an all day time slot and bookings need to be arranged to what works logistically for the day. We do run a time slot service that can be requested on your next booking and i can confirm your collection has been booked for Monday the 6th as per the original booking. The service when they came to pick up the Sofa was excellent. However, they took my order, orginially told me they were unable to collect on the day that I had booked, asked me for a 7am pickup and didn't arrive until close to 8.

The skip when delivered, was put on the drive with no one informing they had done so - by chance it was at the right place on our big drive however in front of the garage - my Mum is disabled and for her safety there could have been issues Also on pick up they did not pick up on the day stated in the email and when I questioned this they said it can be within 2 working days of the date….why is this not in the email? I am needing a skip on the 6th Dec however I am not confident to order. I have to say customer services did take my concerns seriously and totally agreed with them, refunded the cost of reliever when I asked for compensation

I was disappointed to find that I had been given a skip without a drop down door when I'd paid for one. There had been no warning I was getting a different skip. I had to call up to ask for a refund otherwise I think it would of been missed. Timings were good however, and staff were friendly on the phone.

I found a great company in providing skips I could call upon for jobs I do for my Aquatics business. However when it came to trying to arrange for a Muck Away job to clear a very large pond, I tried 5 or 6 times to get a price from I believe the transport manager. All I got was 'ok I will call you tomorrow' then finally it was 'I am just about to get the tip cost, will call you back once received'. To my dismay and disappointment no phone call ever received. Thankfully at the last minute I found someone that would take it. Shame as I was looking for one company to supply both services for my growing business.
