“I love all of Dr Sam’s skincare and I use several of the products, however, I have just purchased the vit c cream and once again I am having difficulty getting the product out of the container via the pump system. Surely for such a good product you can get the packaging right ? Such a shame. I’m persevering but it is so frustrating”
“I started using Dr Sams after seeing all the positive reviews. I've always been quite oily in the t-zone area but never suffered from acne, only getting the odd spot. Since using Dr Sams for a few weeks now, I've actually been coming up in alot more spots. After going on the website and reading up, apparently this can be quite normal when first introducing actives as they clear the pores out quicker. Skin gets worse before getting better. I'm going to keep using and hopefully this is the case and my skin improves. The products are really lovely to use and the moisturiser is rich but doesn't make my oily skin feel more oily.”

“The tinted SPF feels and looks great however the pump on the tube is terrible. I had to cut open the tube to use the product which is unacceptable. A lot of people have pointed this out and I'm disappointed the issue has not been addressed yet.”
“Lovely products but would like to be able to see when running low. I know it's recommended to last 6 weeks but I travel so have 2 pots on the go at the same time so it's difficult to tell. A clear strip down the side of the container would resolve this.”

“I was diagnosed with rosacea in the last few months which has been really bad over winter. I've been learning a lot about skin care since and tried so many different products with various claims, most of which have not agreed with my combintion/dry/oily (!) and red, sensitive skin. I finally stumbled on dr sam's line and bought basically everything. I love the cleanser so much, it doesn't dry out my skin and removes all my make-up and suncreen without the need for a double cleanse, which my skin did not appreciate. The daily and intense moisturiser are also amazing, they both feel super hydrating without being too thick, greasy or heavy. The gossamer tinted spf is overall good, doesn't irritate my skin, is really hydrating and the tint means I don't feel the need to wear make-up most days. However, it does leave my skin a bit more dewy and shiny than I would like... but as the matte formulations dry my skin out I think I will just need to keep powder handy. The dispenser pump is also really awful and needs to be redesigned. I was also excited to try the lip gloss, which is really hydrating and gives a nice gloss, but it's very thick and hard to get out the tube. Overall the line is a big win for tempermental rosacea skin.”
