I love Dr Sam's products. They work well for me. I wish I could continue to purchase the products but I live in Canada and I do not get the option to choose the delivery company. Because I am unable to either pay for taxes upfront or choose the delivery company, I'm at the mercy of the processing fees of which ever delivery company chosen. The last two subscription orders went through UPS and their processing fees are $30 CAD. That is two-thirds of the total cost the product on subscription. That is not sustainable for me or any one. I will sadly be cancelling my subscription.

We’ve been listening to your feedback and are now switching to a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service for Canada. This means duties and taxes will be included at checkout, so you won’t be caught out by surprise fees or high courier processing charges like those from UPS. We know how important this is to making our products more accessible and sustainable to enjoy, and we’re confident this change will make a big difference. This moisturizer claims to be noncomedogenic but this stuff clogged my pores like crazy and broke me out in tiny bumps all over. It feels super thick and made my skin sweat. I don’t recommend

I should have received the same products on repeat minus the one that did not suit me. It is totally confusing with the different orders. On top of this confusion, I received the smaller tube for the Flawless Intense moisturiser while I always order the 100ml. I am not pleased at all at the confusing history and not receiving the right amount I ordered.

Whilst the products seem good so far the shopping experience isn't great. I've only ordered twice but both times I've needed to contact customer services and pay up front, then been refunded for offers that don't work.

As a UK TV Shopping Beauty expert I was introduced to Dr Sam’s Brightly serum on air and I decided to try the rest of the range: Flawless cleanser, tinted/non tinted SPF, Intense moisturiser, Mask, Nightly Pro, Brightly and the Micellar water. I am 47 yrs old and have always suffered with forehand breakouts and post inflammatory acne melasma which is why I decided to work in the beauty industry. I have been treated in the past with Roaccutane, antibiotics, topicals, Obagi and contraceptive pills. The only success I have had is using a prescription cream called Pigmanorm containing %1 tretinoin, hydroquinone and hydrocortisone. I was trying to ween myself off this cream as I am aware of its long term implications and jumped straight into trying Dr Sam’s skincare system. I experienced itchy then tight skin as well as white heads/boils on my chin, neck and behind my ears. I didn’t have success in getting an appointment with Dr Sam as I was told she only has availability for her existing clients but I could see another of her team of dermatologists. I tried the 6 week cycle method of purging but the more I was breaking out the more pigmentation marks I was experiencing and this was affecting my confidence being on TV daily as a beauty expert! I surrendered and returned back to the Pigmanorm cream and the breakout’s have stopped. I will only use the Flawless cleanser and Intense moisturiser with probiotics now from Dr Sam’s as the rest of the range doesn’t agree with me sadly. I hope this review helps others who are suffering with their skin in adulthood like me and have spent a lot of money trying to self-cure. Natalia Ferrara

My product was returned to the original warehouse after waiting a few weeks for the item! Only after I inquired a couple times was I told this was what whappened. You only gave me a 10% off coupon on my next order for this inconvenience! Therefore, I will not be buying another Doctor Sam’s product…

It is too difficult to use the points now they are converted to s code I’ll never remember to find the email with the code on so I’ve basically lost 1000 points

Dear Sheila, thank you so much for this feedback. Just to reassure you, reward codes are valid for a full year after they’ve been converted. However, if you happen to have any unused codes, it’s absolutely no trouble at all for us to convert them back into points. That way, you don’t need to worry about them going to waste, and you can reconvert them whenever it suits you best. I can never apply reward points because I don't accept cookies. I reported this to you over 6 months ago and it has not been fixed.

Extremely frustrated with recent experience ordering on the website. Firstly I set up a duplicate subscription (in error) and having emailed customer service to cancel, I am still waiting for a response 5 days later. Secondly I ordered a product to be delivered to me, but somehow I or the system selected the wrong shipping address - and the item has now been sent and received and I still dont have the product I wanted.. Feel like tearing my hair out and need to go and calm down. Never had these issues with subscriptions or orders in the past....

Dr Sam’s suncream is a wonderful product, albeit pricey. During my last checkout I was unable to add my 2 samples to my cart. When I messaged a customer service representative she told me that “it was not possible “ to mail me out the samples (after my order had been placed). I find that hard to comprehend and am disappointed with the reply I received.

On the whole , I've payed for quick delivery , the vitamin c I'm STILL WAITING FOREVEN THOUGH PAYED FOR 1 TO 2 DAY DELIVERY. 3 days later I'm still waiting !! Seeing good results so far , 1 month in .

so saddd with this after a few days noticed i have a lot more texture then usual , like little bumps all on my forehead chin & cheeks. also doesn’t feel that nice on the skin ! was expecting more from something nearly £50

I have been using The flawless brightly serum for a few months now and it has left me rather disappointed! No matter how hard I try to make it work, it just piles off. Gave two stars only because it seems like helping a bit with the uneven texture.

Unfortunately I’m not happy with my order. I really dislike the texture of the serum. No matter how little or how much I apply, it peels off throughout the day, and it doesn’t agree with my skin. I have contacted the team in order to return it and hopefully that will be an easy process. I’ll update my comment in due course.

It’s fragrance-free, foam-free, clear, thick jelly like consistency, it feels nice when applying it on the skin. It works well for everyone else. But unluckily, it isn’t for me. I broke out after using this. I gave it another 3 days to see if it improves but broke out very badly after that. I have acne prone/clog prone sensitive skin.
