“I really like the products but not the packaging. The pump on the cleanser stops working when there's still about one third of the product left. I continue to buy it because it's great!”
“Enjoying using the Brightly serum. I’m only doing half a pump on alternate mornings at the moment. It tingled a bit at the beginning but it has settled down. I will increase slowly . So far so good. My skin feels good and I am able to apply sunscreen and makeup well. Time will with the skin quality.”
“Overall really good products and better than any I have found from other brands. The cleanser & moisturisers are stand outs for me and I will continue to use them for the foreseeable. The sunscreens are a little iffy - the finish of Gossamer is good but it is pricey and requires patience as you work it into the skin, Flawless is too thick and greasy to use in the quantity required. The mask and body products are lovely but a little too expensive to justify repeat purchases. I haven't used the actives so can't comment but look forward to trying them in the future.”

My issue is with the packaging and that I feel amounts in the packets are inconsistent. Very often the bottles stop expressing product when there is still product inside so I have to open it up with pliars to be able to use it all.
Re amounts, the bottles seem to last for different amounts of time which makes me think the amount inside isn't consistent”
“I loved the gossamer tint 01 free sample I've got.. doesnt make my skin orange and actually leaves a satin finish, smells nice. The origial suncream tho is not so great.. it smells like the regular kid's suncream and doesn't feel like a serum, it's thick. Also loving the cleanser (I feel like my skin really likes it) and the retinol I have yet to start. Im waiting for my last retinol cream to be over.”
“I absolutely love the products, they really are superb, but I find the subscription and rewards system confusing and frustrating. I wish I could make up a basket of my subscriptions depending on what I need, when I need it, to come as one shipment and reach the free postage mark. But you can’t. I also wish I could add other products to subscriptions and use my points against them - but you can’t, you have to use on separate orders - but you can only use up to £10 of points at a time - this doesn’t seem fair when I only have a load of points when I’ve spent a lot!”
“I really love the products, but hate the packaging. The pumps stop working very quickly and I end up breaking into them to try and get the product out. Would much prefer a simple squeezy tube ala Aesop. Maybe with dots or lines on the side to show the right dollop amount needed.”

“I love Dr Sam's Moisturiser and cleanser. and have used the both for years now. Since they started, really,
I use Flawless Sunscreen when I know I'll be out for a long time, maybe hillwalking, but i find it a bit too greasy (If i apply the required amount of 3 pumps) on the days when I'm wearing makeup and wanting to look more polished.
I also have the Gossamer sunscreen and love the fact that there are different shades; 01 tint is a bit too light for me and 02 is too dark, so I mix them together to get the perfect shade. My only wee criticism is that I don't find it sets at all - it stays very creamy on the skin all day... so if I apply as much as I'm supposed to (6 pumps) but then rub my face a bit it actually leaves finger-tracks. So, once again I choose the days when I would want to wear gossamer sunscreen. If it set a little more I'd say it was perfect!”

“I love Dr Sam's moisturiser. I'm so glad they do it in 100ml now because it is a lot of plastic. The pump is functional and I like that I don't contaminate the moisturiser with anything from my hands. I have oily skin but I still use the original moisturiser morning and night. It leaves my skin my glowy and healthy looking. Shopping experience is also easy and simple. Delivery fast. Just 4 stars because it is pricey and the packaging isn't environmentally friendly.”
