I started using Dr Sams after seeing all the positive reviews. I've always been quite oily in the t-zone area but never suffered from acne, only getting the odd spot. Since using Dr Sams for a few weeks now, I've actually been coming up in alot more spots. After going on the website and reading up, apparently this can be quite normal when first introducing actives as they clear the pores out quicker. Skin gets worse before getting better. I'm going to keep using and hopefully this is the case and my skin improves. The products are really lovely to use and the moisturiser is rich but doesn't make my oily skin feel more oily.
