“Great range of products and regular delivery. However, when I have to pay a delivery charge I would like to order sufficient items to spread the delivery cost. Therefore it would be great to be able to order six of an item. Even if it means waiting until they are in stock.”

“Excellent wine, of course. That and the quick delivery. But then you know that already. A heading '. . . made you unhappy' might tell you something useful. For example, the excessive packaging you use presents me (and the environment?) with a major disposal problem.”
