“My whisky order was delivered on time with good information on its progress. This is what I hoped for as I have used the Constantine shop a few times when camping nearby. This is the first time I have tried the mail order option. The range is huge, I only wish I could sample it al -l:)”

“Delivery said 2-3 days, it was actually delivered on the fourth working day after I ordered. I understand December is a busy time and I choose standard delivery, but had hoped for a Friday delivery and it came on the Monday. Wouldn't stop me ordering again, but I was just a bit disappointed.”

“My first order did not arrive so I contacted Drinkfinder who checked with the courier and my order was lost but Drinkfinder immediately sent a replacement.”

“I sent my order over the phone as I had issues with my laptop#. The person who delt with my order was friendly, professional and very helpful. My order was tracked so I knew when it was delivered. The price and quality of goods makes sending an alcoholic gift a very easy and affordable option.”

“Bought this wine several times and it's a crowd pleaser. Very palatable, inexpensive, no hangover red - for me that's quite hard to find. My only gripe is with the company you use to deliver - Hermes. There was a delay in getting it to us but all that the communication / tracking information said was 'delayed - unforseen circumstances'. Twice. What are you supposed to do with that (and the typo)?! And then it came that evening. Glad we were in. Just about to open a bottle so tore into this one. Delivery driver probably saw me through the window and thought I was an alcoholic!”

“Very good selection/choice. Have actually visited the store - it's awesome ! A couple of comments : i) a good idea would be to have a note on the site to the effect that after a certain time, 'next day delivery' doesn't kick in. ii) the courier (or whoever) sent me a text re delivery when the bottle from Drinkfinder was due - it was a gift I was sending to someone else ( who lives 400 miles away). Overall very satisfactory.”

“The communication from Drinkfinder was excellent as they e-mailed each step in the purchasing process. My only downside was the cost of shipment which was £13 whereas I purchased the same item at the same price but the cost of shipment was £4.45 but other than that, a good Company to deal with.”

“Overall very impressed and good communication from the shop, but find the delivery company a bit average. I had two big dents in the box (luckily it was packed well) and he walked straight across the garden because it must have shorten his walk by two steps.”
