“I had problems with th web site in Ireland trying to send a gift to my Brother in Law in UK and ended up having to do it over the phone But the guy was very helpful so all's well that ends well!!!”

“The consignment of wine was very well packaged and was despatched almost immediately after receipt of the order. It did take longer than the 3/4 days stipulated to arrive, but this was the fault of the carrier, rather than of Drink Finder.”

“Good range of interesting stock, although individual items can be out of stock for quite long periods. Prompt despatch. Very robust packing, although the amount of non-recyclable polystyrene bothers me for environmental reasons (as well as filling up our dustbin). Efficient delivery with useful detailed tracking information.”

I am very sorry you were not notified to inform you there had been a change in vintage. We do try our best to keep the vintages as up to date as possible unfortunately this one did slip through. Kind regards Drinkfinder

“All good. However,I did receive an email that ,I think ,should have gone to the recipient at the proposed delivery address and not to me! The mail read that an attempt to deliver would be made within 24hours. Fortunately,the bottle was delivered just in time! Many thanks. Peter Masters.”
