“Your service was good, but the Royal Mail delivery was problematic. You should be aware. 1. They say you have to be in to sign for it. 2. Delivery window of 8-3 was very long so we opted to collect 3. They wouldn't deliver to the local sub postoffices closest to us, we had to collect from main town PO which means paying for parking. 4. They are only open to collect 8-10am so it was an early visit. 5. When husband got there, they said they had already delivered it. We had checked our parcel safe the evening before and it was empty. Despite having my ID they refused to give him any more details so he rang me. 6. I checked the parcel safe while he was on the phone to me and it was there. So they had delivered without it being signed for after all.”

“Good quality wine delivered quickly. The only disappointment was the needlessly excessive plastic packing that came with the package. Other merchants stopped using this years ago and replaced it with cardboard. Come on Drink Finder. You need to change this at once.”

Hello Thank you for your order and review. Which is fair. We are constantly reviewing our packaging and pack with 'Reduce, reuse and recycle' at the forefront of what we do. Some orders though do still get packed with these poly pouches that are made from recycled plastic and are recyclable (council dependant). For your next order, if you put in the gift message box 'Plastic Free' we will adhere to your request where material allows. Drink Finder

“Website is easy to use and order from with a great range of beers. I was particularly impressed with the speed of delivery, which was the very next day on a standard delivery option. I would have given 5 stars except for the description of one beer, the Atlantic brewery Soul Citra IPA, is incorect. The description says it's a Stout (which is what i wanted) when it clearly isn't. But as I should have realised from the picture of the can which shows it as as Session IPA, I couldn't really complain!!”

Hi Mike Thank you for the review and highlighting the description was duplicated from the sea salt stout! The title and attributes stated IPA correctly, but the description did not match. Sorry! Hi Wendy, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We use a multitude of packaging, mostly recycled or card/paper. Sometimes we are short on recycled or card materials and use the recycled poly-pouches. They are made from 50% recycled material and are recyclable once again (supermarkets have a collection point for them and curb pick up but council dependant). We review our packaging on the regular and operate with RRR at the forefront (Reuse, Recycle and Reduce). When you place your next order if you use the Gift Message box and state 'No plastic please' we will do so if resources allow. Drink Finder

“Delivery etc was all excellent, unfortunately I made the wrong choice of drink, it's horrible sorry, Somerset Pomona, from the description it sounded like a small Calvados, sadly it wasn't 😕”

“Amazing choice of products, found everything I wanted. Order arrived really quickly too. I have only knocked one star off because the 4 bottles of beer I ordered were packed in an insubstantial box for their combined weight; there was only one piece of tape across the bottom of the box and one small piece of bubble wrap on top of the bottles, nothing underneath them. DHL actually had to repack/rewrap the box before delivering as it had burst open. Luckily the bottles inside were undamaged. Other than that issue, I was pleased with the company and will consider ordering again.”
