“I had trouble trying to order online, for whatever reason. A quick phone call and I was greeted by a friendly voice, we managed to get the order placed and I was the proud owner of some nice tipple a couple of days later.”

“Staff are always polite and helpfull. This time though my order was sent to the wrong address which wasn't good though Paypal got the blame. It would be good if this could be sorted somehow. I tried calling at 1315 only to be told that your opening hours were 9-5ish which beggared the question then why weren't you open at 1315. All a little confusing at first. Your recorded message needs altering. Thank you.”

“It took 3 attempts to get them to answer a query, but when they did eventually respond they were full of apologies and explained that they had been updating systems and had missed my emails. Apart from that hiccup, overall I'm very satisfied with the range of drinks, speed of delivery and most importantly price.”

“Easy to find the wine I wanted. Easy to use and order. However, messaging could be better ref postage - I paid extra for fast delivery, only to then find out that deliveries are only Mon-Fri, so the delivery ended up coming after the weekend anyway. Made paying the extra pointless.”
